NNEB Paragon Training provides specialist professional development for those working, or preparing to work, within private household maternity, newborn and childcare roles.
Our programmes focus on the care and development of babies and young children, supporting high standards of safe, responsive and developmentally appropriate practice within family homes.
Training is suitable for qualified childcare, nursing and early years professionals, as well as experienced nannies, maternity nurses and other baby care practitioners seeking to develop their knowledge and professional practice.
Entry requirements vary according to the programme. Some courses are designed for experienced professionals, while others may be suitable for those preparing to move into specialist newborn and private household roles.
Courses are delivered online in small groups and focus on professional standards, practical knowledge, reflective practice and the realities of working closely with families in private home environments.
