Client Placement Fees

Engagement Fee

A non-refundable Engagement Fee of £500 is required to initiate the placement process.

This fee covers:

  • Initial consultation and requirement assessment

  • Professional time and advisory input

  • Commencement of a discreet, tailored search

An invoice will be issued once your enquiry has been reviewed and accepted.

Only enquiries aligned with our service structure and minimum booking requirements will be progressed.

Placement Fee

We believe families should understand our fees from the outset. Unlike many recruitment agencies that charge a percentage of annual salary, NNEB Paragon operates a transparent fixed-fee model.

Maternity Nurse Placements

Placement fees are payable upon the successful placement of a Maternity Nurse.

• Up to 3 months – £3,500

• Over 3 months and up to 6 months – £5,000

• Over 6 months and up to 12 months – £7,500

Nanny Placements

A fixed Placement Fee of £7,500 is payable upon the successful placement of a Nanny, Governess or Manny.

Specialist Placements

International, rota, UHNW, governess, surrogate birth, multiples, or particularly complex placements may be subject to an enhanced placement fee depending on the requirements of the role.

Multiple Maternity Nurse Placements

Where a client requires two or more maternity nurses or nannies, a separate placement fee normally applies to each professional successfully engaged.

Multi-professional bookings, including 24-hour rota arrangements, relief maternity nurses or nannies and specialist household staffing requirements, are assessed individually.

Where an additional maternity nurse or nanny is engaged solely for limited standby or relief duties, a bespoke placement fee may be agreed in advance.

All agency charges will be confirmed in writing before the search commences.

Professional fees payable to each maternity nurse and nanny remain separate.

Maternity Nurse Fees & Nanny Salary

Current professional fees and salary expectations vary according to qualifications, experience, hours, responsibilities, working pattern and location. For detailed 2026/27 guidance, download the NNEB Paragon Private Childcare Salary & Package Guide.

Maternity Nurse & Nanny Fees
