Candidate Standards
We only consider candidates who can evidence the appropriate professional background for the role.
Candidates should hold one of the following:

A UK Government-recognised childcare qualification listed on the official childcare qualification checker

A recognised nursing or midwifery qualification

Current or previous nursing/midwifery registration, where relevant to the role
Candidates must also be able to evidence:

Suitable professional experience

UK Passport or UK Multinational

Enhanced DBS certificate, preferably registered on the Update Service

Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate

Professional indemnity insurance, where applicable

Excellent, verifiable references

Discretion and professionalism suitable for private UHNW households
Candidates with short CPD-only certificates or unregulated training will not be considered for these placements.

A prestigious private household is seeking a highly experienced, professionally qualified nanny for a long-term international role within a fully staffed household.
This is a warm, well-supported role within a fully staffed household, suited to a career nanny with strong professional standards, excellent discretion and experience working in private family homes.
The family are seeking someone confident supporting early years development and daily routines within a structured household environment.
Overview:
Location: UAE
Start date: September 2026
Children: Baby and 2 adorable school-age children | Split care of only the baby in the morning & only the primary school children in the afternoon with support from junior childcare staff within the household.
Household: Fully staffed private household
Accommodation: Separate one-bedroom apartment in a lovely vicinity with pool & gym access off site. There will be a chauffeur for you and the children and to take you to and from your apartment.
Salary: £1,400–£1,500 per week tax free depending on experience
Working environment: Supported by dedicated household staff and junior childcare assistants
Health: Medical insurance
Holidays: 5 weeks paid holiday | Paid overtime or time off in lieu
Travel: International travel and summer periods in London
