NNEB Paragon works with private families, family offices and UHNW households seeking exceptional childcare and maternity professionals.

Candidate Standards

​

We only consider candidates who can evidence the appropriate professional background for the role.

​

Candidates should hold one of the following:

​

  • A UK Government-recognised childcare qualification listed on the official childcare qualification checker

  • A recognised nursing or midwifery qualification

  • Current or previous nursing/midwifery registration, where relevant to the role

 

Candidates must also be able to evidence:

​

  • Suitable professional experience

  • UK Passport or UK Multinational

  • Enhanced DBS certificate, preferably registered on the Update Service

  • Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate

  • Professional indemnity insurance, where applicable

  • Excellent, verifiable references

  • Discretion and professionalism suitable for private UHNW households

Candidates with short CPD-only certificates or unregulated training will not be considered for these placements.

Current Opportunities

​

Private Nanny — UHNW Household, Middle East

​

A prestigious private household is seeking a highly experienced, professionally qualified nanny for a long-term international role within a fully staffed household.

This is a discreet UHNW role and further details will only be shared with carefully shortlisted candidates.

Overview:

​

  • Location: UAE

  • Start date: September 2026

  • Children: Baby and school-age children

  • Household: Fully staffed private household

  • Accommodation: Separate one-bedroom apartment

  • Package: Full relocation support included

  • Further details: Shared only with shortlisted candidates

 

Candidate profile:

​

This role requires a professionally qualified, experienced and discreet nanny with excellent child development knowledge, strong professional judgement and the ability to work confidently within a staffed private household.

​

Maternity Nurse — Nice

​

A last-minute maternity nurse placement is available in Nice due to a cancellation.

 

Overview:

​

  • Location:Nice - France

  • Start date: Baby due soon / immediate availability required

  • Role: Maternity Nurse

  • Requirement: EU passport holder or existing legal right to work in the EU

  • Qualification: UK-recognised childcare qualification or suitable nursing/midwifery background

  • Experience: Newborn and private household experience essential

  • Further details: Shared only with suitable candidates

 

Candidate profile:

This role requires a calm, experienced and professionally qualified maternity nurse who can step into a private household at short notice and provide confident newborn support.

• Holders of a UK passport, Irish passport, or established UK multinational status
• Professionally trained within the UK system or able to evidence an equivalent regulated professional background acceptable within the UK
• Able to undergo UK-based identity, safeguarding and reference checks

We are unable to process applications from overseas candidates requiring sponsorship, visa support, relocation assistance or international qualification assessment.

Please do not apply if you only hold short online maternity, newborn care or sleep training certificates without a recognised regulated professional qualification.
