Our Paragon Maternity Professionals
NNEB OC Paragon represents a discreet, curated network of highly experienced newborn care professionals, trained to one of the most rigorous childcare standards in the UK and trusted internationally.

Each professional within the Paragon network holds the National Nursery Examination Board (NNEB) Childcare and Education Diploma and brings extensive experience supporting families within private households, estates, and complex domestic environments across the UK and worldwide.

For confidentiality and safeguarding reasons, some of our professionals are presented here using anonymous reference profiles. Full CVs, qualification verification and identity documentation are shared privately once a search is initiated.

Paragon professionals are accustomed to working with UHNW and HNW families, alongside family offices, private staff, medical teams and household managers. Many are internationally mobile, supporting families across multiple residences and jurisdictions while maintaining consistent professional standards.
Our role is to ensure families are introduced only to appropriately qualified, experienced and discreet professionals, matched carefully to household requirements and lifestyle.
