NNEB OC Professional Verification is available to nannies, maternity nurses, newborn care professionals and other childcare professionals working within private households. The verification process includes review of qualifications, DBS documentation, first aid certification, employment history and professional references.

Verification is designed to provide transparency and support recruitment decisions by reviewing documentation supplied by the applicant.

Professional verification may also help reduce repeated requests for references and supporting documentation by providing employers, agencies and families with an independent verification record.

This can help protect referees from being contacted unnecessarily while supporting a more efficient recruitment process for childcare professionals and employers alike.
