Professional Standards & Qualifications
NNEB-qualified Nursery Nurses are UK-trained childcare professionals holding the National Nursery Examination Board Childcare and Education Diploma, a government-recognised qualification verifiable via the UK childcare qualification checker.

The title Nursery Nurse applies only to professionals who hold a recognised Nursery Nurse qualification. NNEB Nursery Nurses work within private homes and hospital settings, including NHS and private hospitals, neonatal and paediatric departments.

What is an NNEB Maternity Nursery Nurse?
The National Nursery Examination Board (NNEB) Childcare and Education qualification is one of the UK’s and internationally government regulated most respected childcare qualifications. It provided in-depth, practical & theoretical training in the care and development of children from birth to age eight. We are qualified to work with babies in private homes, childcare nurseries, neonatal departments in hospitals and many more settings.
Our NNEB-qualified maternity nursery nurses not only trained in newborn care—but are also experienced, calm, highly knowledgeable and capable in supporting families during the precious (and often exhausting) early weeks of parenthood.

Average rates are -
Live-in from £25 an hour
Live-out from £30 an hour
Please note that higher fees may apply for caring for multiples or for international placements.​

Step 1 — Private Enquiry & Search Fee
Submit your confidential request. A £150 non-refundable search fee is required to initiate the personalised matching process. No agency fee, this is the only fee payable.
Once we receive your enquiry, search fee and confirm all the details with you, we will discreetly share your request with our network of maternity nursery nurses and nannies.
If any maternity nurses or nannies are available and meet your requirements, we will provide you with their contact details for further discussion.

Step 2 — Expert Matching
We identify the Paragon collegian nursery nurses best suited to your family’s requirements, lifestyle, and timeline.

Step 3 — Direct Introduction
You are introduced directly to the selected nurse(s). All professional arrangements are discussed privately between you and the nurse.

Step 4 — Secure Booking
You confirm your booking directly with your chosen maternity nurse, with complete clarity and discretion.

Client Responsibility

Please note that while we connect you with trusted potential maternity nurses and nannies, the client is fully responsible for conducting all necessary checks and vetting of the maternity nurse. If you require a full vetting service of the Maternity Nurse, please mention this in the message box.​
We do not charge agency fees. Any nurses referred to you are individuals known to us, trusted, and experienced, with many years in professional practice.
