Step One

To start searching for the right staff fill in your details on the form.

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can ensure we are looking for exactly what you need.

Step Two

Once your form is complete submit and pay the £45 registration fee. An experienced member of our team will be in touch to confirm all the details.

Step Three

We start searching via our international network the NNEB or Honorary NNEB suitable to you and advertise the position on our website. It may also be advertised on other sites and relevant publications including NNEB OC social media.

 

Step Four 

We send you profiles of candidates who match your requirements.

Step Five 

You choose the candidates you would like to interview and we arrange the interview in person or via video call.

 

Step Six

When you have chosen the candidate for you we are

here to help with all aspects of the job offer including contracts, tax and national insurance.

Step Seven

An invoice will be issued after the Client has accepted a Candidate – verbally or through written instruction – for employment.  


Fees for temporary placements are payable by the Client within 3 days of the invoice being issued. 


Fees for permanent placements are payable by the Client within 7 days of the invoice being issued or advance of the booking commencing, whichever soonest.

Our Honorary NNEB's are qualified experts in their field with a minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience. They may be qualified midwives working as postnatal infant specialist or experienced childcare and education professionals with other recognised qualifications that fit in with the NNEB's high standards and also working in the same or similar roles as NNEB's.
